When I joined the UCC in November 2020, we were in the midst of a global pandemic, a time of anxiety and uncertainty. As we were confined to our homes, I proposed leading online spiritual growth groups at Old South Church in Boston, along with other international groups. My focus was simple yet profound: to discover more about ourselves through the lens of Bible stories. The experience was restorative for some, transformative for others, and enriching for all.
Today, in my role as part of the pastoral ministry at Village Church, W-Squared (Wellesley and Weston), I invite you to embark on a new adventure of spiritual growth. These sessions are designed to offer a space for reflection, connection, and deepening your relationship with God and yourself. Starting September 24, join me every Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM for a journey of spiritual awakening and new insights into God’s presence in our midst. We will gather in the Wellesley church Parlor.
This journey is divided into three modules of eight sessions each (one session per week). Given the intimate size of our group (7 to 12 participants), I ask for your commitment to at least one full module of eight weeks to ensure a deep and meaningful experience for everyone involved.
